All grades can be supplied in the larger 55 U.S. Gallon drums, or the 5 U.S. Gallon containers.

ULTRASEAL COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL GRADE - seals up to 1/4" wounds^o.

Industrial strength tire sealant is designed for use in fleets utilizing commercial vehicles of any size. Ultraseal is formulated for any vehicle with pneumatic tires, tube or tubeless, high or low air pressure and used on highway speed or off road equipment tires. This formula seals wounds caused by puncturing objects up to 1/4" in diameter.

EXTREME HEAVY DUTY GRADE (EHD) - seals up to 1/2" wounds & 7.62 NATO rounds^o.

This formulation was developed for bullet proofing combat vehicles for the U.S. Military. For many years, the total production was purchased by various branches of the U. S. military. Increased production made it possible to provide EHD for fleets requiring extreme protection for Off The Road equipment (OTR), such as Street Sweepers and Rubbish Trucks.

APPLICATION EQUIPMENT

There are two types of pumping equipment, a manual pump and a pneumatic pump. At present we are only supplying the manual pump. The following will describe the installation equipment and accessories. All pump kits contain an "Ultraseal Technical Installation Manual".

Manual Pump

Manual Pump Kit (for 5 gallon pails) : All aluminum pumps calibrated to dispense 9 units per stroke. Pump shaft is calibrated in one-unit increments for metering precise amount. Kit contains: Manual pump, 5 ft. hose, shut-off valve, quickclip chuck and Technical Installation Manual.

Manual Pump Kit (for 55 gallon drums) : All aluminum pumps calibrated to dispense 9 units per stroke. Pump shaft is calibrated in one-unit increments for metering precise amount. Kit contains: Manual pump with extension, 10 ft. hose, shut-off valve, quickclip chuck and Technical Installation Manual.
